Jason and Kara King are the owners of Florida Attic Professionals. Born and raised in Florida, they met at a gas station in Miami in 2001. They have been inseparable ever since and have been happily married for over 20 years.

Jason has been working in the construction industry since 1999, bringing his skills to various projects all over the sunshine state. In 2007 he took a leap of faith and opened his first company, specializing in rodent and wildlife control. This is where he gained extensive knowledge about Florida's attics.

Jason has now been working in Florida attics for over 15 years and has seen any and every attic problem under the Florida sun. It's a dirty, hot, itchy job, but Jason has utilized his two decades of knowledge to streamline the attic restoration and attic storage process into a seamless, professional experience for both his customers and his technicians.

Kara brings her customer service expertise to the table as our office manager, ensuring that every customer is treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. She's also an accomplished author and has a background in radio, having worked as an on-air personality for Power 96 in Miami.

Together, Jason and Kara are the proud parents of five amazing kids who's ages range from college freshman to toddler. Needless to say, they keep them on their toes with their endless energy and contagious laughter. They now live in beautiful Sebring, Fl which is centrally located to all of the major metro areas in Florida. Previously they lived in Hollywood and Auburndale. This family is a true testament to love, hard work, and the Floridian spirit.
