Our attic restoration process involves removing old, contaminated insulation. Once all of the insulation has been completely removed we will perform a fine detailed cleaning to remove ALL feces, urine and nesting materials left behind by wildlife and/or rats. We then disinfect the attic with a hospital grade disinfectant, which kills 99.9% of all viruses, bacteria and odor left behind. (We're also the only attic cleaning company in the entire state of Florida that offers a natural alternative to disinfectant chemicals! In addition to our hospital grade disinfectant, we offer Young Living Thieves Cleaner as an eco-friendly, chemical free alternative.)

After the insulation is removed and the cleaning and disinfectant process has been completed, we then install your brand new insulation at an R factor of your choice. If rodents or wildlife have contaminated your attic, we also provide a permanent solution, so that future problems do not arise by sealing off your entire home and sealing off your attic. We are one of few attic companies in Florida that offers rodent and wildlife exclusions. We want to help you solve the entire problem, not just a part of the problem.
