Once we provide a guaranteed quote based on the agreed scope of work, that is the price you can expect to pay—we don't believe in getting in the door with a low estimate and increasing the price once the project begins.
For unusual or complex attic conditions, moisture concerns, diagnostic issues, or situations where the scope cannot be accurately determined remotely, an on-site professional inspection may be required and an inspection fee may apply. We will always discuss this with you beforehand.
